General Rules Sportsbook

Effective from: 1 March 2021


1.1 These terms and conditions apply when using the Sportsbook platform for betting. When placing a bet, the account owner automatically accepts the terms of the BetjungleSportsbook and fully agrees with them.


1.2 Betjungle Sportsbook reserves the right, without prior personal notice, to make any changes or additions to the rules, regulations and payment procedures set forth herein, as well as to payment and betting limits. Therewith, the conditions of previously made bets remain unchanged, and all subsequent bets are subject to the changed rules.


1.3 By accepting the terms and registering on the website, you agree that Betjungle Sportsbook has a right to conduct any identification, credit and other verification checks from time to time as necessary and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations or as requested by the relevant regulatory authorities. You agree to provide the requested information in connection with these verification checks. We reserve the right to suspend your account or restrict your access to it in any reasonable way until the appropriate checks are completed to our satisfaction.


1.4 We make every effort to ensure that the website content is correct but all information about the current progress of events is for informational purposes only. Betjungle Sportsbook does not accept any responsibility for inaccuracies. We recommend that you always use alternative sources of information.


1.5 If some issue is not subject to these rules, Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to finalize the decision individually and based on the principles of fairness.


1.6 Betjungle Sportsbook is the final authority responsible for the validity of any accepted tickets, regardless of the conditions in which those tickets were made.


1.7 Pre-match tickets may be accepted before the specified time and this time may not relate to the commencement of the event in question. Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate tickets placed after the specified time, including due to content sync errors or amended start times. If for whatever reason a ticket is accepted following the commencement of the event, it means that the rules of the game have been violated, therefore Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to cancel such tickets and calculate the odds at 1.


1.8 The home team is displayed first and the guest team is displayed second, unless otherwise specified.


1.9 Sportsbook reserves its right to modify offered betting odds (rates) at any time and to suspend or cancel event betting prior to the arranged start time.


1.10 Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to refuse tickets without notice, compensation or justification. Betjungle Sportsbook is not responsible for errors during entering, transferring, displaying or posting information about bets or odds. If any ticket bet before the event start time is accepted as a result of an error, Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate it if there were clear errors regarding odds or results, such as the erroneous display of odds, participating teams, results, etc.


1.11 Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to hold the provision of odds throughout an event due to a failed broadcast or other technical issues or suspected fraud. Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate the tickets if such tickets were won as a result of an error or technical failure, including, but not limited to, data transmission errors. In any such event, tickets are void. In addition, Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to make the customer accountable for any harm caused to us, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the customer knowingly benefiting from a technical/organizational error when receiving or making payments.


1.12 Unless otherwise specified in the specialized rules for a particular sport, then:

  • Any event, match or competition that is discontinued, canceled or anything else before the end of full time (as specified by the rules, such as 80 minutes for rugby games and 90 for games of football) are voided.
  • Any event, match or competition that is postponed or canceled will be void.


1.13 Outright bets will lose if the selected player or team does not participate. Draw rules also apply. Unless otherwise specified, whenever the organizational body deems it appropriate to include additional matches, match series, or rounds (e.g. playoffs, playouts, postseason) after the end of the regular season, a process often utilized to determine the classifications and additional outcomes, Sportsbook will consider the outcomes of these matches when calculating tickets for the final classification, raising, lowering, etc. As an example, all regular season bets on the NHL winners are relative to the winners of the Stanley Cup. All tickets will be calculated based on the awards ceremony or the official competition protocol, without considering the results of any investigations, disqualifications, and other procedural outcomes.


1.14 One such contingency is when a wager in a multiple bet affects another. For instance, a double in which Roger Federer wins the Wimbledon semi-finals and also wins the Wimbledon title.

  • Sportsbook reserves its right to decide which bets involve contingency.
  • Sportsbook does not accept multiple tickets that are related to contingencies and it retains the right to invalidate, at its discretion, any and all multiple tickets wagered on a related contingency. Combinations containing the related contingencies will be nullified and cannot be placed on multi bets. In cases when a ticket containing a related contingency is mistakenly accepted, Sportsbook will void the placed multiple ticket and refund the ticket bet.
  • In certain cases, Sportsbook will provide customers with combination bets to wager on, for example: Harry Kane to be the top scorer in the World Cup, and England to lift the trophy.


1.15 If two participants of the competition are declared winners (draw), the number of paid places that were picked by the winners will be apportioned between the total number of players. Then the odds of selection are multiplied by that number. For example: in a competition where there are 5 paid places, two are established and the others tie for the following place. Since there are only three places left, the odds will be multiplied accordingly and place winnings will be paid.


1.16 If a market with two competitors results in a tie or the correct number of claimed goals, points or runs, and no market is offered for that outcome, the result is a Push. In such situations, bets are returned for single bets, and for multi-tickets, the selection is classed as not participating, and the ticket is calculated based on the remaining outcomes.


1.17 Unless otherwise specified in the specific rules for a specific sport, then:

  • At the very least, one competitor needs to finish the competition, otherwise, all tickets will be considered void.
  • When one or multiple competitors do not start, tickets are void.
  • If all of the competitors are excluded, as is the case with disqualification, all tickets will be considered void.
  • If both or all competitors have the same score or result, and no odds of a draw are offered, all tickets will be void. In situations where there are 3 competitors (as in golf), when 2 or more competitors have the same result, we cancel the winning and send "Outcome = C" with a message: for example, "Dead Heat: Winner cannot be determined, Results: 70 : 70: 74".


1.18 Unless otherwise specified, the total zero score is considered an even number.


1.19 If the original multi-ticket includes a mistaken competitor or invalid selection, the ticket will be calculated based on the selections that remain. The odds for an invalid bet selection will be 1.



BETS

2.1. A bet is considered valid from the moment of its registration in accordance with the conditions determined by these rules. After the bettor clicks on "Place a bet" in the bet coupon and a window appears with the message "Bet accepted", the bet is considered made. If this message does not appear, the customer should check their betting history or contact support for clarification.


2.2 If the odds change at the time the bet is placed, the player will receive a notification in the bet coupon. The bet may not be accepted by the system until the player agrees to the changed odds. The player can turn on the option "Accept odds change" so that the bet is accepted immediately without confirmation of the changed odds.


2.3 Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate a bet and invalidate it in the following situations:

  • There is evidence of unfair contests.
  • There was a technical error leading to erroneous information being displayed during the selection of game outcomes.
  • If the player violates the terms of the bet. The decision to declare a game outcome void is at the discretion of the Betjungle Sportsbook administration.


2.4 The player has no option to cancel the registered outcome after placing the bet. The player is obliged to ensure the selected outcome corresponds to their wish before confirming payment for participation in the bet.


2.5 The maximum bet amount depends on various criteria: sports, event, market, etc. These factors are determined by our platform for each event and for each type of bet and are subject to change without prior written notice. Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to limit bets on individual events and to impose or remove special account limits for individual customers without notice or explanation.


2.6 Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to restrict or deny betting to any person without giving any reason or prior notice.


2.7 Client has no right to bet on the events of which he is a participant (athlete, coach, referee, etc.), and also if he acts on behalf of these persons.


2.8 Betjungle Sportsbook announces results based on the official scoresheet and other additional sources of information after the event is finished. Following disputable situations, discrepancies in the results posted by various sources, obvious errors made by them, the final decision on determining the results for the calculation of bets is taken by Sportsbook.


2.9 If there is a reason to believe that the bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already known, or after the competitor gained an advantage (for example, an advantage in the score, replacement or removal of a player, etc.), Betjungle Sportsbook reserves its right to invalidate the given bet (make a return), on both winning and losing outcomes.


2.10 During the calculation of bets in live events, Betjungle Sportsbook uses its own data on the actual progress of the game. If the results of events cannot be established for some reason, these events will be calculated with odds of 1.


2.11 Betjungle Sportsbook is not responsible for the accurate translation of the names of the competitors, teams and cities where the events on the outcome of which the bet is made will take place.


2.12 It is prohibited to include in "express" and "system" the different events of the same match, bets on the same player in the same tournament (for example, on winning a tournament and on winning a match). If any events related to this match were included in the "express" or "system", this bet will be refunded even if the betting platform has not blocked it.


2.13 Betjungle Sportsbook prohibits group bets. Repeated bets on the same outcomes from the same or different clients may subsequently be declared void. After the official result of a competition/event is known, Betjungle Sportsbook may decide to void such bets if it suspects that customers are acting in collusion.


2.14 The final basis for calculating the bet is the official source. The winning amount is determined by multiplying the bet amount by the odds offered at the time of placing the bets.


2.15 All bet refunds will be credited to the bettor's account.


2.16 All claims and disputes on rates will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of calculation of such rates.



Special Rules

Basic Terms and Definitions

Line - A list of suggested events with odds of potential winnings provided by Betjungle Sportsbook. Player (client) is an individual who has made a bet with the Betjungle Sportsbook. A bet is an agreement entered into by a customer with a Betjungle Sportsbook, according to the terms of which the loser must fulfill his obligations. It consists of accepting bets from bettors on the terms offered by Betjungle Sportsbook in line. A bet is a player's selection of an outcome in the market, confirmed by the deposit of funds serving as a condition for betting. Outcome is an individual position in the market on which a bet can be placed. Winning odd is the number by which the bet amount is multiplied during the settlement of payment. Result is the result of the event (outcome) on which a bet was made.


Below are the specific rules relating to each sport. In addition to the special rules described herein, general rules also apply. However, special rules always take priority over general rules. If there is a discrepancy between the rules of pre match bets and live bets, it will be indicated in the respective sport.


Football

All match markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 90 minutes play unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal. The exemptions to this rule are in relation to friendly matches where all match markets will be settled based on the final result when the game finishes regardless of whether the full 90 mins is played. If the statutory time for a football match differs from 90 minutes then stated rules will apply. For example, an 80 minute match also includes injury time and added time, but not extra time or penalty shoot-outs, unless otherwise stated. Matches where statutory time is less than 45 minutes or more than 120 minutes will be considered void. In case of unusual time periods (e.g. 3 periods of 30 minutes each), bets will stand as long as the total statutory time of the match is between 45 minutes and 120 minutes Related contingencies will be voided at Betjungle Sportsbook's discretion.


Cancellation/Postponement of Matches – Prematch

  • If the match is interrupted before the end of 90 minutes of play, all bets will be voided.
  • A cancelled, postponed or suspended, match will be considered void unless the managing body schedules the match for the proceeding 48 hour period. In such events, the tickets remain valid. If a new date is not announced, tickets are void.


Canceled Matches – Live

Matches interrupted before 90 minutes of play are void, except for tickets in which the outcome is already decided at the point of termination. An interrupted or unplayed match is considered invalid if it is not played within a 48 hour period after the specified start time of the game.


Matches Played Not as Listed

  • If there is a venue change, tickets that have already been placed will remain valid, assuming, that is, the home team still plays at home.
  • If the teams switch places, with the home team becoming the away team and vice versa, tickets based on the original scheduled proceedings will be voided.
  • When a match is played on a neutral field (regardless of whether or not it is scheduled in advance), all tickets remain valid regardless of the team that is listed as the away team or the home team.
  • A match that kicks-off before the specified start time may be included in the ticket or tickets providing the ticket or tickets were/was placed prior to the revised start time.
  • If the official match list contains information about a team that is different from that offered by Betjungle Sportsbook, all tickets are void, for example, “Reserves/First Team”, “Under 18/Under 21”, “Women/Men”.
  • In other instances, tickets will remain valid, including the cases where the Betjungle Sportsbook indicates the name of the team without referring to the term "XI" or “11” in the name.


Bets on Match Segments

  • The time periods are determined as follows:
    • 1 to 10 minutes is 0:00 to 9:59; 11 to 20 minutes is 10:00 to 19:59, and so on.
    • 1 to 15 minutes is 00:00 to 14:59; 16 to 30 minutes is 15:00 to 29:59, and so on.
  • The 31 to 45 and 76 to 90 time periods include added time during the 1st and 2nd halves. Markets apply to the 45 minutes defined by the rules, including all injury time.
  • In the event of unusual time structures (for example, 3 intervals of 30 minutes), the 1st half markets will be calculated based on goals scored from the start of the match to 44:59, and the 2nd half markets will be calculated between 45:00 and the game’s end (including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts).


Team Markets

Any goals/corners, etc. awarded to the corresponding team will count for the market calculations, unless otherwise stated.


Outrights

  • Outright tickets for groups, leagues, competitions and players regarding finishing position, elimination stage or team and player ranking are determined after the scheduled matches.
  • Unless otherwise specified, playoffs and all subsequent events from the relevant competition are not permitted. Tickets will be valid for any team that doesn’t finish all matches.


Main Markets

1X2

Bet on the match result. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Double Chance

Wager on two of three potential outcomes: 1X If the outcome of the match is a home win or a tie, that is the winning option. 12 If the outcome of the match is a home win or away win, that is the winning option. X2 If the result of the match is a draw or an away win, that is the winning option. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Draw No Bet

Pick the team to win the match. Tickets will be void if a draw is the result of the match. Example: match: France vs Germany; France is the victory of the first team; To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


European Handicap (1 goal)

Bet on the match result with consideration of the handicap rules. For instance, PSG (-1), Draw (PSG -1), Monaco +1, is calculated as such: 1. PSG needs to win by 2 or more goals X Bayern must win by one goal exactly 2 Monaco cannot lose To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


European Handicap (2 goals)

Bet on the result of the match with consideration of the handicap rules. For instance, PSG (-2), Draw (PSG -2), Monaco +2 is calculated as follows: 1. PSG needs to win by 3 or more goals X Bayern must win by two goals 2 Monaco can lose by one goal but not by more than one. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Asian Handicap

Calculated according to the total time result and with consideration of the following: Handicap Line 0 If any team wins, it will be selected as the winner. If a tie results, all tickets will result in a push. Handicap Line 0.25 Team with a minus handicap of 0.25 goals:

  • Winning = Tickets win.
  • Draw = Half of the bet is calculated as a push; the other is considered a loss.
  • Loss = Tickets lose.
Team with a plus handicap of 0.25 goals:
  • Draw = Half of the bet is calculated at the price of the picked selection; the other is calculated as a push.
  • Loss = Tickets lose.
Handicap Line 0.5 Team with a minus handicap of 0.5 goals:
  • Winning = Tickets win.
  • Draw = Tickets lose.
  • Loss = Tickets lose.
Team with a plus handicap of 0.5 goals:
  • Winning = Tickets win.
  • Draw = Tickets lose.
  • Loss = Tickets lose.
Handicap Line 0.75 Team with a plus handicap of 0.75 goals:
  • Winning by 2 goals or more = Tickets win.
  • Win by 1 goal = Half of the bet is calculated at the price of the selected outcome; the other is calculated as a push.
  • Draw or lose = Tickets lose.
Team with a plus handicap of 0.75 goals:
  • Winning or Draw = Tickets win.
  • Loss by 1 goal = Half of the bet is calculated as a push; the other half loses.
  • Loss by 2 goals or more = Tickets lose.
Handicap Line 1.0 Team with a minus handicap of 1 goal:
  • Winning by 2 goals or more = Tickets win.
  • Winning by 1 goal = Tickets are voided and returned.
  • Draw or lose = Tickets lose.
Team with a plus handicap of 1 goal:
  • Winning or draw = Tickets win.
  • Draw by 1 goal = Tickets are voided and returned.
  • Loss by 2 goals or more = Tickets lose.

Correct Score

Bet on the correct score at the end of regular time. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Winning Margins

Wager on the winning margins of the home team or away team or that the match will end in a draw. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Matchflow

Predict which team will score first and which team will win the match. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Home Win No Bet

A home win results in a void bet. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Away Win No Bet

An away win results in a void bet. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


To Qualify

Select the team that will qualify for the next round of the competition.


Will There be a Penalty Shootout?

Predict whether this match will go to penalties.


How Will the Match be Decided?

Choose the winning team and the way they will win the match, for instance,away team in normal time. This wager applies to the 90 minutes set by the rules, and it includes extra time/penalties. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Goal Markets

All own goals are awarded to the side the goal was credited to and count for the following markets.


Total Goals

Bet on how many goals will be scored in a match. Example: The match ends 3:2, with a total of 5 goals (3+2). A bet on more than 4.5 goals is a win; a bet on less than 4.5 goals is a loss. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Asian Totals

Bets are calculated according to the final results and are based on the following: Total 2.0 For all bets on less than 2 goals:

  • Less than 2 scored goals. Tickets win.
  • 2 scored goals. Tickets Push.
  • More than 2 scored goals. Tickets lose.
Bets on more than 2 goals:
  • Less than 2 scored goals. Tickets lose.
  • 2 scored goals. Tickets push.
  • More than 2 scored goals. Tickets win.
Total 2.25 Bets on less than 2.25 goals:
  • Less than 2 scored goals. Tickets win.
  • 2 scored goals. Half of the bet is calculated according to the odds of the selected market; the other is calculated as a push.
  • More than 2 scored goals. Tickets lose.
Bets on more than 2.25 goals:
  • Less than 2 scored goals. Tickets lose.
  • 2 scored goals. Half of the bet is calculated as a push; the other is calculated as a loss.
  • More than 2 scored goals. Tickets win.
Total 2.5 Bets on less than 2.5 goals:
  • Less than 2 goals are scored. Tickets win.

Bets on more than 2.5 goals:

Total 2.75 Bets on less than 2.75 goals:
  • Less than 2 goals are scored. Tickets win.
  • 3 scored goals. Half of the bet is calculated as a push; the other is calculated as a loss.
  • More than 3 goals are scored. Tickets lose.
Bets on more than 2.75 goals:
  • Less than 2 goals are scored. Tickets lose.
  • 3 scored goals. Half of the bet is calculated using the odds of the selected market; the other is calculated as a push.
  • More than 3 goals are scored. Tickets win.
Total 3 Bets on less than 3 goals:
  • Less than 2 goals are scored. Tickets win.
  • 3 scored goals. Tickers push.
  • More than 3 goals are scored. Tickets lose.
Bets on more than 3 goals:
  • Less than 2 goals are scored. Tickets lose.

Clean Sheet Away Team

Choose the team you think will score a goal. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Next Goal

Choose the team you predict will score the game’s next goal. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Odd/Even Goals

Choose whether the final goal total will be odd or even. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Total Goals (correctly)

Predict the correct number of goals to be scored of a match. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.


Total Goals (aggregated)

The range of goals that contains the correct total. To be voided if a match isn’t concluded.
